Refunds, Substitutions and Credits Policy

Please list acceptable substitutes on your order form. While an item may sell steadily through the season, insect or disease problems may arise, or crops may become unavailable for other reasons. Because of the minimum shipping charge, it is to your advantage to list some substitutes. When substitutes are not possible, indicate whether you prefer credit toward a future order, a refund, or to back order (you must have a minimum of $20.00 for a backorder). If no preference is indicated, we will post a credit toward your next order. If you prefer a refund by check or a credit to your credit card, please let us know.
